Fido's been acting kinda mopey lately...
He doesn't seem to want to play fetch.
Ever since we moved, he just hasn't been the same at all.
The vet thinks the reason he's been so down is because he's depressed.
The vet is recommending we put him on medication.
We're hoping that the medication will perk him up...
...so he'll be his normal playful self again.
If it doesn't, maybe we'll consider upping his dosage until he seems back to normal.
I have a friend who put her dog on antidepressants.
I don't think it's fair to make an animal take drugs when they have no say.
It's ridiculous to spend so much money on an animal when there are people going hungry.
I agree sometimes they might go overboard...
...but pet-owners just want their pet to be happy and healthy.
Even if you don't agree with them...
...pet owners have good intentions at heart.
