Usage:
used to describe something that needs to be done quickly, but not thoroughly
Sample Dialogue:
A: How much will it cost to fix the air conditioner?
B: $75 for a quick and dirty repair. But we're going to need a new unit before the summer.
A: How much will that cost?
B: About $800.
